Up to the minute Thanksgiving needs

So excited for Thanksgiving and the holiday season. My sisters and I each host and prepare a different course of the Thanksgiving meal and this year I have dessert!!  (My favorite). I made a triple threat chocolate cheesecake and will make a pear crostada tomorrow. The ice cream I made a couple of days ago and I have to say the coffee ice cream is the best I have ever tasted. I LOVE that cuisinart ice cream machine.  After cooking the custard on the stove I just popped it in the machine and it did all the churning for me.
